Dear Cheesemongers,

For cheesemongers this event is waaaay more than just a party.  So if you are on this page reading this open letter to whom I consider the most important people in the cheese business, here are some questions you must ask yourself before you register:  1) are you currently employed as a cheesemonger?  2) do you want to experience 2.5 days of free education and guided tastings with some of the brightest minds in cheese?  3) are you willing to challenge yourself by participating in a cheesemonger obstacle course?  4) does hanging out at an all you can eat cheese rave sound fun? 

If you answered yes to all of these questions than please register below!  If you answered yes or maybe to all of these questions, please email me so we can talk about it.  You are not too new to cheese to do this, nor are you too old. This is in fact not a competition, and you definitely should not stress being on stage.

In earnest, I have done this long enough to say with confidence that participating in this event will likely change your life.  If you answered no to any of the above questions except number 4, please consider buying a ticket to the all you can eat cheese rave on Sunday, June 23rd. And... if you answered no to number 4, I am quite surprised you are still reading this.  Moo Baa Maa.
